滴滴优步合并案真的是垄断吗？国家市监总局:调查中

　　站长之家(ChinaZ.com) 11月16日 消息：自从今年 8 月滴滴宣布收购Uber之后，关于“滴滴一家独大，垄断市场”的说法甚嚣尘上。据新华网消息，国家市场监督管理总局反垄断局局长吴振国在今天的国务院新闻办公室记者会上对这个问题作出了解答。

　　吴振国表示，市场监管总局正在依据反垄断法及有关规定对滴滴优步的合并案进行调查。网约车作为一个新兴行业，其与传统行业大有区别。目前，市场监管总局正在研究互联网竞争规律和特点，全面分析评估该交易对市场竞争和行业发展的影响，严厉查处损害消费者权利的垄断行为。

　　据《反垄断法》规定，凡经营者达成垄断协议、滥用市场支配地位、具有或者可能具有排除、限制竞争效果的经营者集中都属于垄断行为，适用本法。
