外卖员无证驾驶闯红灯924次 面临十几万罚款

　　央视新闻客户端4月2日消息，现在很多人都习惯点外卖，而一些外卖配送员为了能将餐食准时送达到顾客手中，却不惜闯红灯，不顾自己和他人的生命安全。

　　近日，在广东茂名国际岗路段，执勤民警发现一辆闯红灯的外卖配送摩托车，随即对该车进行核查，结果令人大吃一惊。

　　茂名市交警一大队民警 郑劲：半年时间冲了924次红灯，平均一天要冲五六次。

　　通过核查，这辆摩托车从去年9月至今，短短半年多时间居然有924起闯红灯的交通违法行为。其中有一天，他就创下了违章闯红灯18次的纪录。而更让人想不到的是，这名外卖配送员无机动车驾驶证。随后，执勤民警将该外卖配送员胡某及其摩托车扣留，对其无证驾驶的违法行为处以罚款一千元并行政拘留十五日的处罚。

　　按照道路交通安全法相关规定，对于胡某900多次闯红灯的违法行为，要缴纳十几万元，当事人如果不履行行政处罚决定，交警部门将可以申请法院强制执行。

　　眼下，对于大量的外卖车辆交通违法的乱象，广州、深圳、上海、天津等地也都陆续展开集中整治活行动、约谈外卖企业，在一定程度上强化外卖送餐人员的管理。
