沪昆高铁正式开通运营 四纵四横高铁网基本建成

　　国际在线报道（记者 李琳）：昨天（28日）上午，上海到昆明高速铁路贵阳到昆明段开通运营，标志着中国又一条东西向的高速干线沪昆高铁全线贯通。沪昆高铁全线开通运营，将大大缩短中国西南地区与华南、华东和中南地区的时空距离，并将使中国高速铁路的网络效应进一步显现，对改善区域交通条件，促进区域经济社会发展，具有重要意义。

　　28日上午十点，三列满载旅客的高铁动车组同时从新落成的昆明南站分别开往贵阳、南宁、玉溪，标志着云南省正式迈入了高铁时代，跨入了全国高铁网。其中，沪昆高铁贵阳至昆明段、云桂铁路昆明至百色段正式开通运营，这也标志着沪昆高铁、云桂铁路全线开通运营。

　　在首趟从昆明出发前往贵阳的沪昆高铁列车上，来自昆明的万先生这次是专程和家人一起体验，一趟下来，万先生感触颇多：“速度快了，服务好了，到达的时间缩短了，原来11个小时，现在两个小时就到了，减少了很多的时间。”五十多岁的和昆拉，来自云南怒江州。她告诉记者，她的家乡非常偏远，从来没想过有一天能在云南坐上高铁，到外面的世界去看看：“一说坐高铁，那种激动的心情无法用语言表达。我们祖祖辈辈都生活在大山里，没出来过。很多人说要回家，我们是想走出去，想看看外面的世界。”

　　除了能够让这些大山深处的少数民族老百姓去看看外面的世界，高铁的开通也为多彩的云南打开一扇窗，让更多的人们来感受这片充满浓郁民族风情的土地。昆明铁路局副局长陈敏介绍说：“这两条高铁是目前建成高铁中途径少数民族聚集地区最多的路线，沿线有25个民族，也是连接知名旅游胜地最多的高铁路线，是我国最具民族风情和旅游价值的高铁，正所谓‘千里高铁长廊，边疆美丽画卷’。”

　　沪昆高铁是国家中长期铁路网规划“四纵四横”客运专线的重要组成部分，途经上海、浙江、江西、湖南、贵州、云南六省市，全长2252公里。其中，这次通车的贵阳至昆明段，全长463公里。据昆明铁路局计划统计处规划科科长沈一奇介绍，到明年1月5日后，沪昆铁路还将开行北京、上海、广州、郑州、武汉等方向到昆明的G字头动车组列车。届时，昆明到各大城市旅行时间将大幅缩短，其中，昆明到北京由原来的33小时22分钟缩短至12小时11分钟，到上海由原来的34小时8分钟缩短至11小时15分钟，到深圳由原来的29小时7分钟缩短至6小时51分钟。“基本上能够衔接我们国内主要的高铁网络，大概方向北京上海广州都可以大面积覆盖，随着铁路高铁网逐步完善，通向全国各地也可以的。”

　　据介绍，由于云南地形条件山高水深，地质环境复杂，特别是桥梁隧道比例很高。沪昆高铁的建设工程困难重重。沪昆客专工程管理部部长曾云川表示，为了保证高铁运行安全，在施工的时候采用了很多先进技术：“隧道施工是山区修铁路最大困难，云南这个地方，断层，岩溶，断裂带很多，隧道施工是怕软不怕硬，遇到软的地层，安全风险很大，而且还通过高烈度地震区。在抗震方面做了特殊的考虑和设计，桥梁都是小跨度矮桥通过，而且在粱部支柱上做了特殊的减震措施。” 曾云川说，从今年7月份开始，沪昆高铁就已经进行了多次的联调联试，运行安全绝对可以保证。 除了沪昆高铁开通外，云桂铁路及昆玉铁路也在28日正式通车运营。多条高铁线路的开通运营，将极大地改善西南地区的交通环境，云南也正在大踏步地迈入“高铁时代”。
