　　9月5日，记者从郑州海关了解到，9月2日，首批苹果新品手机从新郑综合保税区口岸作业区顺利出货，货物共计8.47万部，总重46.69吨。截至5日凌晨，郑州综保区海关已连续监管新品手机92车次，涉及新品手机37.10万部，总重211.50吨，主要运往美国、英国、荷兰、意大利等地。

　　“这是苹果新品手机首次从口岸作业区出区。”郑州综保区海关关长刘丽宁告诉记者，货物在综保区内机场货站打板后直达机场停机坪，省去了传统转关模式下综保区与机场之间的繁琐通关手续；而口岸作业区场站模式下智能卡口核注方式，大幅缩短了车辆通关时间，从而充分发挥了口岸作业区和区内机场货站作用，简化通关环节，降低通关成本，为企业减负增效。

　　刘丽宁介绍，为妥善应对苹果新品手机出区带来物流高峰，综保区海关与机场集团、富士康、13家货代公司多次召开协调会，优化从仓库到货站到机场各环节通关流程，充分挖掘潜力，提高物流运输时效；及时为企业新增备案车辆，增配电子关锁，优化卡口软硬件监管设施，并成立应急处置小组，妥善解决货物流转过程中的问题。该关还为企业提供7×24小时预约通关服务，首批苹果新品手机监管至次日凌晨3点。
