美国一男子强奸18月女童被判刑200年 惩罚是否太轻?

　　几乎同时美国洛杉矶一名男子14日因在俄罗斯强奸一个12岁女孩被判150年监禁。美国地区法官奥蒂斯·赖特在宣判时还称被告58岁男子优素福·阿布拉莫夫为“终极捕猎者”。

　　阿布拉莫夫于2014年4月被捕，他拥有美国和俄罗斯双重国籍，此前曾多次到俄罗斯寻找机会对少女下手。2009年6月他强奸一个12岁女孩，事后还威胁女孩如果告发就将她“砍头”。

　　此后，他又猥亵多名未成年少女，并同两名同伙将曾被猥亵过的女孩轮奸。

　　强奸案一直是世界范围内举证定罪最困难的案件之一,主要因为强奸案大多凭借受害人的口述和事后回忆，缺乏直接目击者，有些受害人与犯罪嫌疑人之间关系暧昧且复杂，

　　半推半就和恶意强暴之间常常界线模糊。加上有些受害人在时过境迁后才来报案，个体动机扑朔迷离。

　　但是这种案件对当事人的伤害不可估量，无论是生理和心里都是极大的，旁人无法感同身受的折磨，因此也有不少人觉得这几百年的刑期对犯罪者来说惩罚太轻了，

　　也十分担心这样的人如果被放出来还会继续祸害别人。
