南方近期或出现汛情 防总部署新一轮强降雨防范

　　中新网5月28日电 据国家防汛抗旱总指挥部办公室消息，国家防总高度重视南方近期可能出现的汛情，部署新一轮强降雨防范工作，派出2个工作组分赴闽粤两省检查指导防洪抗灾工作。

　　据预报，5月28日至30日，西南东部、江淮、江南、华南将出现一次移动性降水过程，其中陕西南部、湖北北部等地有中到大雨，广西北部、广东北部、福建北部、浙江南部、江西中部等地将有大到暴雨，局地大暴雨。受降雨影响，广西柳江、江西昌江、浙江钱塘江上游、福建闽江上游等江河将出现涨水，部分中小河流可能发生超警洪水。

　　消息称，此次降雨雨区与前期重叠，多数江河水位偏高，土壤趋于饱和，一些水毁工程尚未修复，防汛抗洪形势不容乐观。

　　国家防总高度重视，5月28日向上海、江苏、浙江、安徽、福建、江西、河南、湖北、湖南、广东、广西、四川、重庆、贵州、陕西省(区、市)防汛抗旱指挥部和长江、淮河、珠江、太湖防总发出通知，要求密切监视天气变化，加强监测预报预警，强化应急值守和信息报送，加强水利工程监测巡查和科学调度，针对前期防汛工作暴露出的问题和薄弱环节，有针对性地落实山洪灾害防御、中小水库安全度汛、城市防洪排涝等各项防范措施，确保人民群众生命安全，最大程度减少灾害损失。

　　同时，国家防总派出2个工作组分赴福建、广东两省，协助指导地方做好抗洪救灾工作。
