暴雨洪涝致贵州5.87万人受灾 经济损失达9800万

　　中新网贵阳5月27日电 (记者 张伟)受暴雨洪涝影响，截至5月27日，贵州省防汛抗旱指挥部初步统计，贵州已有5.87万人受灾，直接经济损失达9800万元人民币。

　　自5月入汛以来，贵州大部持续遭遇强对流天气。记者27日从贵州省气象部门了解到，5月26日20时至27日12时，贵州再次遭受暴雨洪涝灾害，贵州全省共出现暴雨及以上乡镇95个，同时还有133个乡镇遭遇大雨。暴雨主要集中在黔东南州中西部、黔南州中部、安顺市北部、铜仁市中部。

　　新一轮暴雨中，贵州省黔东南苗族侗族自治州雷山县多地出现270.5毫米以上的特大暴雨，其中大塘乡更是高达367.6毫米。

　　短时强降雨导致雷山县城与外界交通中断，县城一度停水停电，城区内低洼路段最大水深1.5米左右，一座山城成为“孤岛”。此外，雷山县巴拉河发生超保证水位0.52米洪水，雷山县城交通、供电、供水、通信等基础设施受损严重，房屋受损75间，紧急转移5500人，灾害直接经济损失8600万元人民币。

　　当地居民杨承鸿电话告诉记者：“早上8点在县城的河滨道看到河水已经漫过街道，把河滨道的道路都淹没了一部分，水大概有20到30厘米深。县里面电、水、还有通讯状况受影响暂时中断，我看到供电人员在抢修。好在现在已经停雨，河边的水已经慢慢退了一些。”

　　截至27日16时，巴拉河水位已回落至安全水位，雷山县城交通、供电、供水、通信已大部分恢复，转移人员已妥善安置。

　　受暴雨洪涝影响，贵州省防汛抗旱指挥部初步统计，贵州全省共有黔东南州、黔南州、贵阳市的雷山县、惠水县等11个县(市、区)30个乡镇5.87万人受灾，农作物受灾4万亩，房屋倒塌8间，受损75间，紧急转移11060人，灾害直接经济损失9800万元。

　　据贵州省气象部门预报，27日下午至28日，贵州省东南部仍有大雨，部分乡镇有暴雨。其中，雷山县可能有大雨量级的降雨。

　　对此，贵州省水利厅厅长黄家培表示，黔东南州及雷山县进一步做好强降雨防范工作，防止重复受灾；并要求其他地区进一步落实责任、强化措施，认真做好强降雨防范各项工作，全力确保民众生命财产安全。(完)
