湖南春光明媚气温升 12日最高温将回升至20℃以上

　　昨日，雨水放下“架子”，变得“温柔起来”。据实况监测显示，10日08时至11日08时，仅湘南地区残留一点降水，但以零星小雨为主。没了雨水的“打扰”，全省气温不断回升，昨日全省平均最高气温升至17.8℃，较前一日上升了6℃多，湘西、湘北一带回升更为明显，其中龙山县一日之内升温8℃多。

　　在省会长沙，周末恰遇晴天，好天气促使人们纷纷走出家门，享受这美好的春光，长沙各大公园景区自然成为人们踏青赏景的主阵地。在长沙园林生态园、烈士公园、橘子洲景区，人流如织，欢声如潮成为景区的主旋律……

　　天气晴好，雾多扰。今晨淡淡雾气再度做客三湘，省内66县市雾气萦绕，其中6县市出现了大雾天气，南岳、邵阳能见度降至100米以下。能见度较低，驾驶人员应控制速度，确保行车安全，高速公路、轮渡码头应采取措施，保障交通安全。

　　接连多日阴雨之后，双休日会不会迎来适合出游的好天气，很是让市民关心。湖南省气象台预计，这个双休日，省内大部以晴为主、且12日最高气温将回升至20℃以上，气温舒适有利于户外游玩。14至15日自西向东有一次快速过境降雨过程，以阵雨或雷阵雨为主，气温继续回升。具体预报如下：

　　11日下午到12日白天：永州、郴州、衡阳、邵阳阵雨转多云，其他多云到晴天。南风2级；今天最高气温湘南17-19℃，其他20-22℃，明天最高气温22-24℃，明天最低气温8-10℃。

　　12日晚到13日白天：晴天。

　　13日晚到14日白天：湘西多云到阴天，其他晴天间多云。

　　春光明媚时，大家户外活动相对增多，心肌耗氧量也会加大。值得提醒的是，老年人要注意控制活动时间和强度，建议有心血管病的中老年人，宜选些柔和的运动，比如散步或打太极拳、练气功、八段锦等，以助炼精气神、强筋健骨。
