贵州2015年控水目标：用水总量117亿立方米以内

　　贵州省政府办公厅近日下发《关于全面推进节水型社会建设的意见》明确提出，把节约用水贯穿于经济社会发展和群众生活生产全过程，推动水资源可持续利用，支撑经济社会可持续发展。

　　到2015年末，贵州省用水总量力争控制在117亿立方米以内，万元工业增加值用水量与2010年相比降低35%，农田灌溉水有效利用系数提高到0.446，公共供水管网漏损率控制在25%以内；到2020年末，全省用水总量力争控制在134亿立方米以内，万元工业增加值用水量与2015年相比降低20%以上，农田灌溉水有效利用系数提高到0.47，公共供水管网漏损率控制在20%以内，重点行业单位产品用水量达到或接近国内先进水平。

　　为实现既定目标，贵州省重点实施节水型社会重点县建设、推进城镇生活节水、强化农业节水、开展工业节水、展非常规水源开发利用、加强用水管理、推广节水型器具和产品等工作。

　　贵州将加强供水管网更新改造和维护管理，不断降低供水管网的漏损率。农业方面加强小型农田水利设施建设，积极推广喷灌、滴灌、集雨补灌、水肥一体化等现代农业节水灌溉技术；工业方面实行水资源优化，实现不同行业间的循环用水和一水多用。把再生水、矿井水利用作为水资源和节约用水规划的重要内容，纳入水资源统一配置，鼓励和支持非常规水源开发利用。

　　贵州还将加快各地水资源信息管理系统建设，建立省、市水资源监控管理平台，健全省市县水资源监测网络，提升全省水资源监控能力。(完)
