长沙铁通严格加强车辆使用管理

　　CNII网讯 为深入贯彻落实中央“八项规定”要求，进一步加强节假日期间车辆的使用管理，2015年湖南长沙铁通加强车辆使用管理。

　　一是严格车辆停放制度。分公司办公车辆及各配车生产部门的所有车辆均需要明确指定稳妥的停放地点，并保障停放车辆安全可靠。

　　二是加强车辆使用管理。各配车部门要按照“谁管理、谁负责，谁驾驶、谁负责”的原则，切实落实责任，全部车辆需由分公司综合部实行集中管理，统一调度。

　　三是严禁公车私用。严禁用公车（含办公、生产车辆）办私事，严禁公车参与结婚庆典、参观旅游、休闲娱乐等个人活动，禁止公车停放在高消费场所、娱乐场所、风景名胜等场所，不得以任何理由借用、占用下级单位以及其他关联单位车辆。

　　四是严格落实领导责任，严查违规违纪行为。分公司将认真落实车辆使用管理的相关规定，由分公司总经理负总责，确保分公司所有车辆管理规范、运行正常、监督有力。各配车部门负责人为所配车辆的第一责任人，对有令不行、有禁不止、违反公车使用规定的，除追究当事人责任外，还要按照党风廉政建设责任制的有关规定，严肃追究配车经营部（中心）负责人和相关责任人的责任。
