上海绕城高速公路范围以内全面禁行黄标车

　　记者日前从上海市交通委获悉，从今年4月1日起，黄标车禁行范围将扩大至郊环（G1501上海绕城高速公路范围）以内。同时，在S20外环高速公路范围内开始禁行国I标准汽油车。

　　上海市交通委、市环保局、市公安局近日联合发布通告，从今年4月1日起，上海市全天禁止无国家绿色环保检验合格标志的机动车辆在G1501上海绕城高速公路范围以内的道路上（含G1501上海绕城高速公路以及G1501上海绕城高速公路高架段投影下的地面道路）行驶。G1501上海绕城高速公路包括G1501上海绕城高速公路与同济路高架共线段和G1501上海绕城高速公路与S20外环高速公路共线段。

　　同时，从4月1日起，全天禁止国Ⅰ标准汽油车在S20外环高速公路以内的道路上（含S20外环高速公路以及S20外环高速公路高架段投影下的地面道路）行驶。S20外环高速公路包括S20外环高速与G1501上海绕城高速公路在外环隧道至五洲大道的共线段。违反通行规定的，上海市公安交通管理部门将根据《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法》的有关规定，依法对每辆车处以记3分、罚款200元的处罚。
