北京市首评5A级人力资源服务机构 四家机构上榜

　　北京青年报记者了解到，2013年10月，北京人力资源服务地方标准正式实施。而此次获评的44家机构，从最低的1A级到最高的5A级都有涉及，等级越高代表机构的综合服务能力越强。其中，中国国际技术智力合作公司、北京双高人才发展中心、北京市人才服务中心、北京外企人力资源服务有限公司被评为5A级，这也是本市开展人力资源服务机构等级评定工作以来，首次评出的5A级机构。

　　市人力社保局表示，对于按照北京人力资源服务地方标准获得等级评定的机构，将给予相关鼓励发展优惠政策。同时，求职者可把等级标准作为选择人力资源服务机构的重要参考标准。

　　据悉，北京人力资源服务地方标准对11项业务（求职招聘服务、招聘洽谈会、信息网络服务、高级人才寻访、职业指导服务、素质测评服务、培训服务、咨询顾问服务、流动人员人事档案管理服务、人力资源外包服务、劳务派遣）进行了规范，按照量化的考核指标，划分为1A至5A共五个等级，机构在评定等级时，除了要满足应满足相应等级评定的基本条件外，还应满足相应等级的分值要求。

　　目前，本市一共有千余家人力资源服务机构，下一步，将有越来越多的人力资源服务机构参与到等级评定当中。
