北京常住人口去年增速增量"双降" 近半住拓展区

　　调查结果显示，2014年末，全市常住人口与上年同期相比增加36.8万人，增量减少8.7万人；增速为1.7%，比上年下降0.5个百分点。去年，全市常住人口增量与增速两个数据均达到“十二五”以来最低水平。

　　此外，中心城区人口聚集程度有所降低，常住人口呈现向郊区集聚的趋势。从区域分布来看，2014年末，朝阳、丰台、石景山和海淀四区构成的城市功能拓展区常住人口最多，达1055万人，占比高达49%。房山、通州、顺义、昌平、大兴组成的城市发展新区常住人口紧随其后。

　　在常住就业人口中，近三成就业者职住分离（居住地和工作地不在同一区县）。受经济社会发展不及周边地区以及产业布局影响，在石景山居住的就业人口发生职住分离的比重最高，达52.5%。

　　北京市统计局、国家统计局北京调查总队昨日还联合发布《北京市2014年国民经济和社会发展统计公报》。公报数据显示，城镇居民人均可支配收入达43910元，扣除价格因素实际增长7.2%。农村居民人均纯收入达到20226元，扣除价格因素实际增长8.6%。
