点兵16家年报高增长公司 业绩疯涨10倍是怎样炼成的

　　年报披露渐入佳境，业绩预报纷至沓来。据Wind数据统计显示，截止到目前，两市已披露2014年度业绩预报的公司超过1600家，其中，有16家公司预计净利润同比增长幅度有望超过1000%。

　　这些业绩疯涨的公司净利润同比激增的要诀是什么？翻阅这些公司的年报预报可知，在报告期内完成的重大资产重组，是这些公司业绩激增的不二法宝。

　　例如，信威集团的预报称，经财务部门初步测算，预计2014年度实现归属于上市公司股东的净利润22亿元人民币左右，与上年相比，将增加14760%以上。本期业绩预增的主要原因，则是2014年9月，原北京中创信测科技股份有限公司（现已更名为“北京信威通信科技集团股份有限公司”）发行股份收购资产并募集配套资金的重大资产重组完成，公司合并报表范围增加等。

　　信威集团的现象并非个案，这16家业绩疯涨的公司中，有多家公司净利润激增的原因，就在于沾了“重大资产重组”的光。而由于重大资产重组面临的不确定性，许多公司的业绩预报也因此更改，多家公司提示，因不确定重组是否能在报告期内完成，因此两次或两次以上预报了2014年度的业绩状况。
