九天生物创新AAV基因治疗研发成果亮相ASGCT年会

上海2023年5月17日 /美通社/ -- 2023年5月17日，九天生物（Skyline Therapeutics）自主研发的多项创新AAV基因治疗药物的研发及转化成果，于正在举办的第26届美国基因与细胞治疗学会（ASGCT）年会上展示。其中包括四项新药研发临床前数据，充分验证了公司自主创建的AAV技术平台capDRIVE^® 的先进性，以及在衣壳发现和载体设计构建方面的卓越创新能力。此外展示的还有公司自主开发的HEK细胞系生产技术，这是九天生物先进的AAV基因治疗研发生产一体化平台的重要组成部分。
